KEY TOPICS:      Leadership and communication styles, performance management and coaching managers/supervisors, change management, 360 feedback process, stay interviews/individual development plans (IDP’s), conflict resolution, and other areas as needed
 
RESULTS:           Participants will learn and understand:
  • Their communication style and how others may perceive them
  • Their leadership strengths and challenges
  • How to maximize their leadership strengths and mitigate their challenges
  • How diverse styles of leadership are successful in the workplace - from seasoned leaders on a leadership panel
  • How to keep employees using stay interviews and providing growth opportunities through Individual Development Plans

EMERGING LEADERS’ ACADEMY
 
Opportunity for those that lead a team or group, however, are not direct supervisors
 
KEY TOPICS:      Communication skills, leadership skills, engagement skills
RESULTS:           Participants will understand their own communication and leadership style and those of others; they will also learn how they may be perceived by others; how to manage conflict, facilitate meetings
 
 
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
 
TEAM or DIVISION RETREATS (half day or full day)
RESULTS:          Strategic planning, team building, problem solving, personality types;
an enjoyable and fun process that delivers a strategic plan, a stronger team, a solution to a difficult problem, an understanding of communication styles
 
INDIVIDUAL LEADERSHIP COACHING (in person or virtual)
RESULTS:          Understanding of their communication and leadership style, individual development plan inclusive of peer/employee/supervisor feedback
 
MYERS BRIGGS TEMPERAMENT INDICATOR (for groups or individuals)
RESULTS:         Powerful insights on communicating with bosses, peers, and direct reports; Includes an overview of one’s core motivations natural leadership style; participants learn their natural communication style in terms of maintaining their energy, dealing with data, making decisions and managing deadlines
 
FACILITATION TRAINING (for whole teams or groups of team leaders)
RESULTS:         Helps any team increase effectiveness; participants understand team roles: team sponsor, leader, facilitator, members; team-decision making tools; span of team’s authority; effective team behaviors; measuring program performance in terms of quality, cost, customer service, timeliness
 
NEW MANAGER ACCELERATION (for a team/division with an incoming new manager)
RESULTS:         Informs new manager of team’s perceived strengths, successes, challenges, goals; builds rapport with team and new manager; helps any team communicate in a safe environment their needs and concerns about a change in leadership
 
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT COACHING (for groups or individuals)
RESULTS:         Participants understand how to give effective performance evaluations, keep existing employees using Stay Interviews, create Individual Development Plans, coach underperforming employees
 
CONFLICT RESOLUTION TRAINING (for groups)
RESULTS:         Participants understand the sources of conflict, their own approaches to conflict, and new strategies and tools for conflict resolution
